DIGITAL SIGNAGE-QUEUE MANAGEMENT PANEL (ECP-03)

ECP03 serves as a queue management apparatus in the digital signage system. The clients/patients enter the queue either through a reception kiosk or a reception desk and will be called in order using the queue management panel.
The panel gets activated/deactivated using the dedicated buttons and calling each client is made by pressing the “CALL” button by the receiving party. The “RECALL” button is meant to call the same client again in case of a no show-up.
The “NET” LED is to notify connection to the network and “ACK” notification LED shows acknowledgement of the “CALL” by the Digital signage main server.
Each button has an LED as a visual reassurance of activation.
